PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To contract our services and tourist trips, we will request personal information such as your nationality, address, contact phone number, national ID or passport. To book a tourist package from those we offer, we will request data such as name, nationality and national ID or passport. To purchase a reserved trip, we will request your credit card, debit card data, expiration date and CVV number. If you request an invoice, we will request billing information if necessary.
PURPOSES
ITTACCA EXPERIENCE SAC, as Data Controller, will process your personal data for the following purposes:
- The development, fulfillment and execution of the contract for the provision of mediation services in contracting our providers for the trips involved, as well as to attend and resolve any request, claim or consultation subsequent to said contracting.
- Contact the User through email regarding updates or informational communications related to functionalities, products, including Platform security updates, whenever necessary or reasonable for its execution.
- Data retention period: We will maintain your personal data for as long as the service provision relationship is maintained and as legally established.
- Personal data protection measures: ITTACCA EXPERIENCE SAC will adopt each and every administrative, physical and technical security measure established by applicable law to safeguard your personal information; therefore, in the same manner and in case a third party needs to know such information, ITTACCA EXPERIENCE SAC will require such third parties to comply with this Privacy Policy, as well as to adopt the administrative, physical and technical security measures established in the Law, in order to protect your personal data from any damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
- Modifications: We will update this Privacy Policy occasionally and in response to requirements derived from legal, regulatory or operational changes. We will notify you of such changes (including their effective date) in accordance with the law.
