Pick you up from the hotel to Discover Chinchero, the rainbow city. With over 3,000 metres high, this city preserves the ancestral Incan traditions and its inhabitants still use the natural dye techniques of wool to create the most colourful and beautiful textiles. Visit the Salt Mines of Maras, exploited with care for centuries by the locals. Embedded on the side of the mountain, over five thousand pits on the terraces of this salt mine are nurtured by a salty stream. Marvel with the enigmas of Moray and its circular terraces. This impressive agricultural laboratory was used by the Incas to experiment creating microclimates and learning about hundreds of produce species. To continue we will go to Ollantaytambo, one of the last Incan cities still inhabited. We will visit the archaeological complex at the end return to Cusco. Overnight.
Early morning pick you up from the hotel to transfer to Urubamba train station to board the train to Km 104. Here, at the trail head near the Chachabamba archaeological site (2,170m/7,119 ft), you’ll meet your guide and begin your journey along the iconic Inca Trail. The Trek Begins: Climbing to Wiñay Wayna; the hike will start at approximately 10:00 after passing the controls; the adventure starts with a 4 to 5-hour Ascend through the inca trail, offering spectacular views of the vast valley below and a cascading waterfall near the renowned Wiñay Wayna Archaeological Site (2,700m/8,858 ft), meaning “Forever Young” in Quechua. This site, with its well-preserved terraces and ceremonial areas, is one of the highlight of the day. Immerse in Nature and Thrill; as you continue, the trail winds through lush cloud forest teeming with broad-leaf plants and towering ferns. The narrow paths along the mountain side add a sense of exhilarating to the trek, as you marvel at the dramatic cliffs and vibrant flora. Arrival at the Sun Gate (Inti Punku); suddenly, the stone threshold of the Sun Gate (2,670m/8,759 ft) comes into view, marking your first glimpse of the awe-inspiring Machu Picchu. From this vantage point, admire the sprawling ancient city nestled among deep gorges and forested peaks. Descent to Machu Picchu and Aguas Calientes; the final stretch is a 45-minute descent to the entrance of Machu Picchu. After soaking in the initial views of the citadel, take a short bus ride (about 30 minutes) to the town of Aguas Calientes (2,050m/6,726 ft), where you can rest and prepare for the adventures to come.

Early, you will get on the bus that will take us up the mountain to the gates of Machu Picchu. It will take us about 20 or 30 minutes to get there. At the citadel, we will have a fantastic guided visit of about two and a half hours. We will walk around the narrow streets, the buildings, temples, terraces, fountains and more, while learning about this mysterious and magical city on top of the mountain. On the afternoon, we will enjoy a lunch at one of the best restaurants in town. At scheduled time we will board the train back to Cusco, once there, we will take you back to the hotel. Overnight in Cusco.
We will start our day with and excursion that will show us the best view of the city from the natural lookout of Pukamoqo (Red Hill). We will continue to Sacsayhuaman, an impressive Incan fortress with monoliths of many metres high, which will teach us a lesson about some of the Incan amazing building techniques. Our tour will take us back to the city for a visit to San Pedro’s market, the main marketplace of the area. Flooded with aromas and colours this place is ready to teach us about the regional produce while we spend some time like a local resident. Nearby we will find Qoricancha, also known as the Temple of Gold, one of the main religious centres of the Incas; on top of its foundations the Spaniards built the Church and Convent of Santo Domingo. You will have the rest of the day free to rest or walk around the city. At the end according at schedule time we will you drive to the airport to take your flight to Lima. Reception and transfer to your hotel.
We will visit downtown Lima’s historical center, designated by Unesco as Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 1991. In this journey, we will enjoy once was the center of the 16th century Spanish colony. We will see the Plaza Mayor, the Presidential Palace, the Cathedral, the Archbishop´s Palace, the city hall and the Desamparados train station. We will also see Plaza San Martin, a large park surrounded by old colonial building still displaying beautiful carved wood balconies and other landmarks. We shall visit the Santo Domingo Monastery it is most renowned as the final resting place for three important Peruvian saints. The convent a sprawling courtyard-studded complex lined with Baroque paintings and clad in vintage Spanish tiles – contains the saints tombs. The church, however, has the most interesting relics the skulls of San Martin and Santa Rosa encased in glass, in a shrine to the right of the main altar. At the end to continue You visit the district is considered to be the City’s most romantic and bohemian places, being the home and working place of many of Peru’s leading artists, musicians, designers and photographers. After return to the hotel. Overnight in Lima.
